MIASNIKOV Eugeny, Senior Research Scientist, Center for Arms Control, Energy and Environmental Studies, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), RF Mr. Eugene Miasnikov was graduated from the Department of Aerophysics and Space Research of MIPT in 1985. After finishing the graduate school at MIPT in 1988 and receiving Ph.D. degree in physics he worked at “ELAS” Scientific Production Association (Ministry of Electronics) in Zelenograd, Moscow. His research is focused on problems of nuclear arms reductions, survivability of strategic forces and its impact on strategic stability in the world, counterforce capabilities of conventional precision guided weapons, etc. Report Record
