 Grigory LOGVINOV, Ambassador-at-Large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russian Federation  He joined the Soviet Foreign Ministry in 1979. Amb. Logvinov three times served at the Soviet/Russian Embassy in Beijing, including as Minister-Counsellor - Permanent Representative to Shanghai Cooperation Organization Secretariat. He was deputy Russian negotiator to the Six-party Talks. In 1993-1996 he was the head of Section at the Russian Foreign Ministry First Asian Department. In 2001-2004 he was Deputy Director of the Department for Asian Affairs of the Russian Foreign Ministry. He is a graduate of the Institute of Asian and African Studies (IAAS) of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.  Report Record |
