 Vladimir KUCHINOV, Advisor to the Director General, State Corporation on Atomic Energy ‘Rosatom’, Russian Federation  Throughout his career Vladimir Kuchinov worked in governmental, diplomatic and international structures. He currently serves as an Aide to the ROSATOM Director-General. He also served as Head of Department of International and External Economic Cooperation at the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy and Federal Atomic Energy Agency (1998-2008). As for the diplomatic and international scope of his work, he was IAEA staff member (1994-1998; 1980-1985) and Counsellor to the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to International Organizations in Vienna (1991-1994). Vladimir Kuchinov started his career at the Ministry of Atomic Energy and Industry of the USSR, where he worked in different capacities, including Acting Deputy Head and Deputy Head of Department of International Relations. Graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI).  Record |
