 NGUYEN Nhi Dien, Senior Researcher, Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (VINATOM); Fmr. Director of the Dalat Nuclear Research Institute (1998–2016), Vietnam  Dr. Nguyen is the director of the Nuclear Research Institute (NRI) which belongs to the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (VINATOM) of Vietnam. In 2012, he was appointed vice-president of VINATOM, while continuing to serve in his position as director of NRI. Previously, he spent 5 years researching at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna City, in the Russian Federation. He was appointed to the position of the Dalat Nuclear Research Institute Director in 1998 and served in such capacity until 2016. Dr. Nguyen started working at NRI in 1978. He received his degrees from Hanoi National University in nuclear physics and his Ph.D. in nuclear electronics.  Record |
