 KUCHINOV Vladimir, Aide to the Director General, Russian State Corporation on Atomic Energy “Rosatom” , Russian Federation  During his career he also served as Head of Department of International and External Economic Cooperation, Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy and Federal Atomic Energy Agency (1998-2008), IAEA staff member (1994-1998; 1980-1985), Counsellor to the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to International Organizations in Vienne (1991-1994), Acting Deputy Head and Deputy Head of Department of International Relations, Ministry of Atomic Energy and Industry of the USSR.
