VAN DER KWAST HenkCor, Head of the Department for Non-proliferation and Disarmament, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands Mr. Van der Kwast was graduated from Groningen University Contemporary History and International Law (1979-1985). He also studied in Johns' Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Bologna (Italy). He served as Deputy Head Political Department Western Europe and Section Head Southern Europe (2003-2006); Counsellor Political affairs Netherlands Permanent Representation to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva (1999-2003); Counsellor for Democratisation programmes with OSCE and UN programmes (1996-1999). His diplomatic appointments include the Embassy in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) where he served as Secretary of Embassy and Deputy Chief of Mission (1989-1992). Record
