Tariq RAUF, Director, Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Program, Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), Canada An internationally respected authority on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation issues. From 2011 to 2012 Mr. Rauf served as a Coordinator of the IAEA Low Enriched (LEU) Bank, IAEA. From 2002 to 2011 he was a Head of the Verification and Security Policy Coordination Office at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Since 1995 till 2002 Tariq Rauf worked as a Director of International Organizations and Nonproliferation Program, Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Monterey Institute of International Studies. In 1986–2002 he was an Advisor and Non-Proliferation Expert with Canada's Delegation to the 1990, 1995 and 2000 NPT Review Conferences and in that capacity at all NPT Preparatory Committee sessions 1986-1999. From 1986 to 1995 he served as a Senior Research Associate, Canadian Centre for Arms Control and Disarmament.
