 HU Yumin, Senior Research Fellow and Deputy Secretary General, China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA); Guest Professor, College of Defense Studies (CDS), National Defense University (NDU), China  The Vice Secretary General and Senior Research Fellow of China Association of Arms Control and Disarmament (CACDA) who use to be a Senior Research Fellow at China Institute for International Strategic Studies (CIISS), a visiting scholar at Monterey Institute of International Studies. He also took the executive course at John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. Hu Yumin was a member of Chinese delegations attending negotiations on Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) in Geneva, Sino-Soviet negotiation on Arms Reduction and Confidence Building Measures along the Border Areas and Sino-US expert meeting on Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR).
