Antonio GUERREIRO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to the Russian Federation Amb. Guerreiro is a career diplomat with more than 40 years of experience. Since 1979 he has been working in the Brazilian Embassies in USA, Egypt, France. During 2012–2013 he was a Permanent Representative of Brazil to the Conference on Disarmament, Geneva, Switzerland. From 2006 to 2012 was a Permanent Representative of Brazil to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other related organizations, Vienna, Austria. In 2001–2006 served as a Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, Ministry of External Relations. He served as a chair of the IAEA Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety convened in June 2011 following the Fukushima Daiichi accident.In 2013 was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to the Russian Federation.
