Sergey RYABKOV, Deputy Foreign Minister, Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov has worked in the USSR/Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1982. He has occupied different diplomatic positions abroad as well as in the MFA of the USSR/Russia. He was the Head of the OSCE Division of the Department of International Organizations (1995–1999), worked in the Russia's Embassy in the USA (1999–2005). In 2005 he was appointed the Head of the Department of European Cooperation of the MFA of Russia. Since August 2008 he has occupied the position of Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation. Sergey Ryabkov is the head of the Russian delegation at P5+1 nuclear talks with Iran. Report Record
