Mr. Pavlov has been working in the area of peaceful uses of atomic energy for more than 30 years. Until 2004 he was heading the Moscow representation of the consulting company NAC International. Before that he served in the Russia's Atomic Energy Ministry. He participated in the organization of such international nuclear projects as the 1993 US-Russian HEU-LEU project, International Science and Technology Center, building of uranium enrichment plant in China. Mr. Pavlov is a member of the strategic consulting group of the World Nuclear Association. His academic interests are: isotope separation technologies, world nuclear materials markets, international nuclear non-proliferation regime.
