The leading Russian specialist in export control issues. She participated at the implementation of the project on creation of the Guaranteed Low-Enriched Uranium reserve. She took part in the NPT Review Conferences of 1995, 2000, 2005; Zangger Committee and Nuclear Suppliers Group meetings. She is a regulatory participant as instructor of advanced training programs in the area of export control and nuclear non-proliferation for Russian atomic industry specialists. Graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute. Since 1995 she has worked for the Russian state corporation “Rosatom”/ Ministry of atomic energy. Previously she was a specialist of Atominform.
