 Alexander RADCHUK, Col. (res.), Advisor to the Chief of General Staff, Russian Armed Forces, Russian Federation  Graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University; Faculty of Professional Development and Advanced Training of Military Academy of General Staff; and Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation. He worked in the Central Institute for Scientific Research of the Russian Defense Ministry. Col.
