Before her
appointment in Moscow
in 2009, Ms. McKeen was working in the Department of Foreign Affairs and
International Trade (DFAIT). In 2004-2006 she was served at the Department of
Justice (Canada).
Ms. McKeen was First Secretary, Canadian Mission to the European Union 1999 to
2002.
