Media accreditation open for the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference (The 2019 MNC).
To apply for accreditation, media representatives are asked to fill the registration form below. The accreditation is deemed completed once you receive a confirmation email from the organizers. Please note that the processing of an application takes up to 48 hours. Accreditations are not accepted via phone or email. On-spot accreditations are not accepted.
Applications must be submitted by no later than 12 p.m. (Moscow time, UTC+3) on November 6, 2019. Due to the limited capacity of the Conference venue, organizers reserve the right to stop accepting the applications earlier should the number of accredited journalists exceed the capacity limit.
Media accreditation is valid for November 8, 2019 only from 8.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Media representatives will be located in the Press Room at the Lotte Hotel Moscow (2nd floor). Due to the limited capacity and the large number of guests coming to the MNC organizers are not able to accommodate media representatives in the main conference room. However, not only all the plenary sessions (from 8.45 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.) will be broadcasted live inside the Press Room, we will also arrange media scrums of the Conference guests.
Provisional event agenda is available here. Final agenda of the 2019 MNC will be published on the Conference website no later than on November 7, 2019.
