KOZIN Vladimir

Vladimir Kozin is a Chief Adviser and a Head of the Group of Advisers to the Director, Russian Institute for Strategic Studies, Russian Presidential Administration, a Corresponding Member at the Russian Academy of the Natural Sciences, a Professor at the Russian Academy of Military Sciences and a Member of a new All-Russian Analytical Association. He is a holder of the Ph.D. degree, Academic rank of a Senior Researcher and a State Counselor of the Russian Federation, 2nd Class, diplomatic rank of a “Counselor 1st Class” and a title “Honorary Staff Member of the Russian Foreign Ministry”. Vladimir Kozin graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Soviet Foreign Ministry, in 1972, a post-graduate course at the Diplomatic Academy of the Soviet Foreign Ministry (in 1981) and the Royal College of Defense Studies based in London (in 1995).
